Tessa Coe

I was born and went to school in South Wales. I then moved to London to study at Imperial College, before working in science and technology for several years. All my life I have made drawings and visited galleries, and so when I had the opportunity, it seemed only natural to finally study art history and the practice of painting.

I now live on the water meadows of the river Test in Hampshire, under the flight path of migrating geese, and within sight of our beautiful river. I’m passionate about art and about the environment, and link the two through my work. One of my paintings was invited to be displayed at COP26 in Glasgow in November 2021.
